Focused on professionals who work at Ultragaz outsourced resellers throughout Brazil, this incentive and relationship campaign stands out for its dynamics and interactivity.

Through an intuitive and modern platform, the UltraTOP program allowed participants to watch short training videos, answer quizzes and even refer new colleagues to participate.

As they accumulated points, resellers had the opportunity to redeem prizes, remaining engaged and aligned with the brand's standards of excellence throughout the country.
